The Wonderful Winter Wildlife program provides youth an extraordinary winter experience. Programs will include wildlife art projects, animal tracking, snow & ice sculpture, exploring the natural wonders of winter, a winter treasure hunt, and playing outdoors. While learning about Jackson's biodiversity, youth will have the opportunity to paint plywood silhouettes of indigenous animals residing in Jackson during the winter. The resulting herds and flocks will be installed along fence lines and in public spaces for the duration of the winter for everyone's enjoyment.
